To guarantee absolute sequence fidelity and downstream synthesis integrity, variable domains terminate strictly at canonical J-boundaries (TVSS/VEIK/TVL), while complete constant domains are partitioned here with 1-click synthesis exports and full traceability to original GenBank accession flat files.

Additional species, rare allotypes, and extended spliced forms are currently in active curation and will be integrated in subsequent VBASE3 releases.

⚠️ Verification Disclaimer: Constant region sequences in this module are curated modular cassettes derived directly from authentic, primary INSDC/GenBank reference records (cited on each card); they have not been processed by the automated VBASE3 Class I/II/III functional verification pipeline (which specifically verifies mature V-genes across genomic assemblies and expressed repertoires).
